Things were looking bad for the Pistons at the half as they were down 44-28! But the Pistons made adjustments and dominated the Bulls in the 2nd half (53-30) and they rode the hot half to victory. The Pistons played great defense all game long as they held the Bulls to 33.7% from the floor. The Pistons were outrebounded 60-43, but it didn’t matter. Tayshaun Prince led the way for the Pistons with 23 points, 11 rebounds and 2 assists. Chauncey Billups had another outstanding game running the offense with 21 points, 4 rebounds and 7 assists. Rasheed Wallace had one of his best games in a long time with 16 points, 11 rebounds, 2 assists and 5 blocked shots. Richard Hamilton was busy with 16 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists. Chris Webber had a night to forget as he was 0 for 5 from the floor and finished with 0 points, 3 rebounds and 2 assists in 24 mintues. It was only the 2nd time in Webber’s NBA career that he was held scoreless. Antonio McDyess would up with 3 points, 9 rebounds and 3 assists in 30 minutes on the floor. The Pistons now have a commanding 3-0 lead on the Bulls in this series.
