The Pistons are sitting at 49-27 on the season after beating the Cleveland Cavaliers earlier today.  The Pistons have a 3.5 games lead on the Bulls and a 4 game lead on the Cleveland Cavaliers in the East with only 6 games to play.  The reason that the Pistons are flying high is because of their still great defense which is only allowing 91.9 points per game which is the best in the Eastern Conference.  Things are looking good for the Pistons as the playoffs approach.
